Instructions when sending us a sample(s):

  1. Affix a label to the sample container identifying the type of sample you are requesting us to test.
  2. For pesticide tests we would prefer that you send the sample material in a 2 to 5 gram plastic vial or container. For all other tests we would prefer a one quart size metal canister or a one quart size hard plastic container. However, feel free to call us at (405) 948-8889 regarding any sample or sample size related questions.
  3. Include with the sample a short note stating the test(s) you are requesting.
  4. Identify yourself for invoicing purposes. If you are a current customer, including your name and address or plant location is sufficient. If you are not a current customer, please include your name, address, phone and fax numbers, principal contact info ( names, number and email addresses ) and invoicing instructions ( send invoice to P.O. Box, street address, etc. )
